Self-awareness, values and ways of being. Wellbeing and personal development as a leader. Critical thinking. Demonstrating leadership in day-to-day work.

Coordinating an operational plan, using data to decide, and facilitating continuous improvement through the Discovery Project.

$6,500 per trainee

Total program price before any government traineeship subsidy. Where your State or Territory funds this traineeship, the subsidy is paid to us and you pay the gap, which we quote before you sign anything.

Funding

Traineeship subsidies

Traineeships are delivered under a registered training contract between you, your trainee and your State or Territory. Most jurisdictions subsidise eligible traineeships, and employer incentives may also apply. We’ll tell you what applies to you in the first conversation, and we handle the paperwork with your Apprenticeship Network Provider.

Eligibility depends on the trainee, the employer and the jurisdiction. Funding can change; we confirm it in writing before enrolment.
