Cultivate the Chaos
Cultivate the Chaos is dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on, real-world experiences. By integrating structured learning into community environments, they help young people build confidence, practical skills, and clear pathways to their future.
Learnivation is currently partnering with Cultivate the Chaos to deliver three distinct work experience-based capability programs:
Bootstraps Leatherwork
Bootstraps engages youth and home-schooled students through hands-on, real-world leatherwork programs. By working with traditional tools and materials, young participants build practical skills, patience, and confidence in a highly supportive environment.
Through this partnership, Learnivation delivers the Certificate II in Leatherwork for young people, alongside tailored RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) pathways for participants in the veterans program.
Looking to the future, Learnivation is collaborating with Bootstraps on a major development goal: the establishment of a full Saddlery Academy. This pioneering initiative will blend heritage craftsmanship with formally recognised capability development, creating unique, structured progression pathways for young people.
HERpreneurs
A women in business start-up program supporting Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) women in their journey towards self-employment and entrepreneurial success.
Learnivation acts as the accredited training provider, delivering the Certificate III in Innovation and Small Business. From establishing a business vision and values to managing finances, the training provides participants with the foundation they need to run a successful business within a highly supportive, co-created community environment.
