In this section of the program participants will develop self-awareness, build emotional intelligence, and optimise their personal performance, sparking the start of success in business. This unit mission will set you up for success in any career or field, providing you with the tools and skills to lead yourself and others effectively.

During this phase, we immerse you in the core of business planning, testing your ideas through established strategies, supported at every stage by seasoned business experts and skills coaches. We guide you to build a business model that aligns with your life goals and vision. We will guide you to plan every aspect of your business fundamentals meticulously and then test and evolve, and improve it. At every step, you will get to play, grow and develop your business, its products and services. If you don’t want to create one, you can do it in one of our businesses.

Cultivate the Chaos and Learning Coach have joined forces to offer the Business Spark Program, a unique experience that allows you to actively plan, prototype products and services, and start a real-world business, in any industry.

You will be fully immersed in industry activities under the guidance of Robyn’s team at Cultivate the Chaos, where you will play a leading role in activating a range of businesses. This student-run organisation has demonstrated expertise in business management for 20 years, and now it’s your turn to shine.
Your immersive real-world learning journey will be supported by hands-on skills development led by Dani’s team at Learning Coach.
You will use your real-world work experience, apply know-how and skills evolution, and work toward gaining the nationally recognised qualification BSB30220 Certificate III in Entrepreneurship and New Business.
If your enrolled in school this qualification could add another 6 QCE points and offers career opportunities in business. It connects you with industry experts and practical skills through collaboration with Cultivate the Chaos.
