We run our sessions as Skills Circles — a uniquely designed learning environment backed by neuroscience and educational psychology. Rather than traditional lectures, expert coaches rotate through six facilitation methods (the 6 C’s) in every session, using coaching and mentoring tools to maximise engagement, accelerate retention, and deepen real-world understanding.
