SIT30522 Certificate III in Events

Plan it. Run it.
Make it happen.

Forget the theory. Step into real events, work with real people, and learn what it actually takes to bring something to life.

Build the confidence to communicate, collaborate, and handle real situations through live events, projects, and real-world experience.

EVENTS Team Planning
This is different

This isn’t event theory.
It’s real events.

No simulations. No “practice scenarios”.

You’ll be part of real events, working with others, contributing ideas, and learning how things actually come together.

Most people learn about events. You’ll be involved in making them happen.
Every project is a live production where your contribution impacts real industry outcomes.

A pathway into real-world event experience

Event Spark supports young people to:

  • build confidence in communicating and working with others in real environments
  • contribute to planning, coordination, and delivery of live events
  • develop practical work skills through hands-on experience
  • gain real work experience through projects, placements, and industry environments
  • grow through experience, reflection, and guided support
Students in Action
For now and what comes next

A real-world events experience

Plan. Promote. Produce. Run. EVENTS.

You won’t just learn what goes into an event. You’ll be part of it.

You’ll work alongside others to:

  • plan and organise event elements
  • communicate with teams, clients, and contributors
  • adapt when things change (because they will)
  • follow things through from idea to delivery

You’ll be working across different types of events, from film and media productions to business events, community festivals, sport, and even weddings.

Because events don’t run on theory. They run on people who can think, adapt, and get things done.
