Each mission is anchored in a real piece of work in your workplace and closes with a competency conversation and an employer meet before the next begins.

Plan the Business

Research, ideate, model. Your trainee gets to know themselves as a business person, thinks critically about a real opportunity in or alongside your business, and works out what the venture would need to run.

Build the Business

Prototype, test, launch. They cost and finance the venture, get it compliant, build its online presence, and pitch the Business Blueprint to real decision-makers.

Investment

$5,500 per trainee

Total program price before any government traineeship subsidy. Where your State or Territory funds this traineeship, the subsidy is paid to us and you pay the gap, which we quote before you sign anything.

Funding

Traineeship subsidies

Traineeships are delivered under a registered training contract between you, your trainee and your State or Territory. Most jurisdictions subsidise eligible traineeships, and employer incentives may also apply. We’ll tell you what applies to you in the first conversation, and we handle the paperwork with your Apprenticeship Network Provider.

Eligibility depends on the trainee, the employer and the jurisdiction. Funding can change; we confirm it in writing before enrolment.
